The Full Plate Diet Program
"Are you eating enough to lose weight?"
Strange as it sounds, most of us aren't. If you've been thinking about losing weight, join us for a new weight loss program created by the doctors from the Lifestyle Center of America who developed The Full Plate Diet. It's an eight-session program intended for small groups, using a book club format. Participants will learn:
- How to enjoy a full plate and still lose weight.
- The 55 foods in our grocery store that can help us lose weight.
- How we can escape the yo-yo dieting trap.
- The 10 weight loss tools successful losers use unconsciously.
- How we can lose weight even if we feel like giving up.
Fee: $79 per person, $139 per couple; includes sessions, Full Plate Diet book, workbook, and all materials. Registration is limited to 24 participants.
