Our Community Partners
Community Health Advance is a not-for-profit health improvement council developed to promote healthy living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This council is open to representatives from community health and faith-based entities willing to work together to provide Albuquerque residents of all ages with the support and tools needed to promote wellness.
Our objective is to help people acheive and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer programs designed to help treat:
- Obesity
- Heart disease, high cholesterol, and hypertension
- Depression
- Diabetes
We also work with families, to help them acheive wellness through healthy eating and activity.

The council was originally sponsored by a FACES (Following After Christ's Example in Service) grant awarded by the Adventist Health System, one of the largest not-for-profit Protestant health care systems in the nation serving the south, central and south- western states.
