The New Mexico
Super Fit
Family Challenge
As a nation, we've steadily gotten heavier. Everyone seems to be talking about it. What should we be doing about it?
The New Mexico Super Fit Family Challenge focuses on two things a family can do right now to keep a healthy weight: making smart food choices and encouraging more physical activity.
This eight week program starts families on the road to healthy living. Families eat and play together while learning more about how to stay healthy. The weekly program is family oriented, kid friendly, and interactive.
The Super Fit Family Challenge can help if you
- have been wanting to make some changes but aren't sure where to start.
- are confused about what to eat-what does healthy food look like?
- need some ideas to get your family moving more.
- are concerned that your family is not as healthy as they could be.
- A light meal.
- Take home ideas for easy, low cost, healthy meals and moving more.
- Fun-to-do physical activity sessions.
- The book "Super Sized Kids" and other handouts.
- Nightly give-aways.
The registration fee for the Super Fit Family Challenge is $10, returned when your family finishes the program. There is also a weekly fee of $5, which includes dinner for your family.
